Bring a Friend to Come Try Ringette
Submitted By Brian Vink on Tuesday, September 2, 2014
Elora Fergus Ringette is holding its annual “Come Try Ringette” event on September 6th at 3:00pm at the Elora arena.  We appreciate all of you helping us invite players from 5-13 years old who are looking for an introduction to ringette.  We especially ask existing players to invite a friend to come with them.

Come Try Ringette is all about fun, having a skate and getting an introduction to ringette – there are even games and snacks.  There is no commitment and the event is free.  We ask that players bring their own skates and helmets (we will have a limited number) and we will supply the rest.  See the flyer at for more information and of course feel free to forward it to your friends!

Sign up at or you can contact our registrar at [email protected] You can also hear about our fantastic discounts for new players as well as our referral program for current players.  Stick around after the event and watch our U19A team play an exhibition game!

We are also offering our very popular used equipment exchange that day.  Any donations of used equipment are greatly appreciated – especially old masks and sticks.  Please contact Jennifer for details if you have equipment you are willing to donate:  [email protected]

Elora Fergus Ringette will be at the Centre Wellington leisure shows September 2nd (Elora) and September 4th (Fergus).  If you haven’t had a chance to register yet, we’d love to see you at the show!
