Payment Options: initial cheque of $100 before June 30, 2018, remaining payment split into 2 cheques dated Sept 1, 2018 and Oct 1, 2018. (ALL REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE COLLECTED BY NOVEMBER 1st)

 

Raffle fee: Elora Fergus Ringette holds an annual Raffle at our year-end banquet.  Each Family is required  to sell 2 books of tickets. 
The family keeps the money collected for the tickets and the association will 
cash the $100 post-dated (March 1, 2019) payable
to Elora Fergus Ringette RAFFLE- cheque given with 
the registration.

 

Volunteer Fee: The Elora Fergus Ringette is a non-profit organization. Our existence is dependent upon the contributions of our volunteers. There are many opportunities to participate in efforts to maximize the opportunities that the Elora Fergus Ringette can
provide to our members and to your 
children. The Elora Fergus Ringette expects 5 hours of volunteer time from each
family throughout 
the season. The Association will be collecting a $100 post-dated cheque (March 1, 2019) per family.
If your family does not fulfill your 5 hours of volunteer time, your cheque will be cashed 
on March 1, 2019.

 

Learn to Skate:  11 week session (Oct to Dec) and/or 10 week session (Jan to Mar) $150 per session or $250 for both sessions.  Learn to Skate participants require CSA Approved Helmet with a cage, Skates and protective gloves.

 

Learn to Play:  Full ringette equipment is required.  Fundamentals of the game are introduced and practiced, but players might only play a partial game schedule.

New Regional Player Promotion (Applicable to U9 - U19 regional levels of play)

Are you new to ringette or have not played in a year?  If you join U9-U19 regional ringette, you qualify for a discounted price.

  • $290 registration fee for new or returning registrations received in full (post-dated cheques accepted)  

  • To qualify, you must not have been registered to play Ringette at all last year.

Player Referral Promotion (Applicable to new regional player referrals from Learn to Play - U19)

Are you an Elora-Fergus player who has referred a new player to join Learn to play-U19 regional ringette?  If you refer one new player registrations received before September 15th you qualify for a credit.

  • You get a one-time $50 credit*

  • Additional referrals are welcome, but they do not qualify for further credits

Goalie Promotion: Elora Fergus Ringette will provide a $200 rebate to all goalies who commit to playing goal for the entire season. The player must also attend all camps/clinics/training sessions organized by EFRA. Rebate to be paid at end of season. Rebate for maximum 2 goalies per team.  

 

Credits will be applied to Tournament fees/fundraising account.  Should a new regional player decide not to play and be eligible for a refund, the credit to the referring player would be reversed.

Multi-family discount: applies (excluding Open division) where two players pay full registration and receive a 50% discount for
subsequent player(s).  Discount applies to player(s) with lowest 
registration fee. Learn to skate qualifies for this discount.

 

Volunteer hours for High School StudentsIf a student volunteers their time with the younger age groups, this will go towards their
High School Volunteer hours.  This is a great opportunity 
for the older players to give back to the organization.


Financial Assistance: The Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington provides financial assistance for children in need so they can participate in sports, cultural and recreational activities. Funds are available for the activity of the child’s choice as long as the activity will benefit and enrich his or her own personal development.
