EFRA Gym Equipment Loan Program

Bring the excitement of Ringette into your gym, classroom, or community space — no ice required!

The Elora Fergus Ringette Association (EFRA) offers a Gym Ringette Loan Program for schools, camps, and community organizations. This program allows groups to borrow gym ringette sticks and rings to support physical education, recreation programming, or active play.

Gym Ringette is a fun, inclusive activity that builds teamwork, coordination, and physical literacy for participants of all ages.

What’s Included

Each loan includes:

• Gym ringette sticks (one standard size)
• Soft gym ringette rings suitable for indoor floors

Goals are not included. Activities focus on passing, movement, and skill development.

Who Can Apply

• Schools
• Camps
• Community or recreation groups

An adult (18+) must apply, supervise all equipment use, and is responsible for the equipment for the full loan period.

Loan Period

• One week: Sunday to Saturday is preferred by EFRA.
• Pick-up and return details will be confirmed after approval
• Equipment must be returned clean and in good condition

Equipment Responsibility & Credit Card Policy

To ensure the sustainability of this program:

• A credit card number will be kept on file during the loan period
• The card will only be charged if equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged
• Credit card information will be securely disposed of once equipment is returned

Replacement Fees

• $25 per stick or ring
• $250 for the full set

2. EFRA will confirm availability and next steps
3. Pick up equipment on confirmed pick-up date
4. Return equipment by confirmed drop-off date
