Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Elora Fergus Ringette Association will be held as follows:

Location: Virtual (via Zoom)
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Receive reports on the activities of the organization;
- Review and approve the financial statements;
- Elect directors/officers (if applicable);
- Conduct any other business properly brought before the membership.
