Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Elora Fergus Ringette Association will be held as follows:

Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Virtual (via Zoom)

The purpose of the meeting is to:

• Receive reports on the activities of the organization;
• Review and approve the financial statements;
• Elect directors/officers (if applicable);
• Conduct any other business properly brought before the membership.
